I just placed an order — when will it ship?

We process every order with care before dispatch. Please allow 10–14 business days for your order to be prepared and shipped. Once dispatched, delivery typically takes:

• United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days after dispatch
• United States & Canada: 10–18 business days after dispatch
• Rest of World: 14–25 business days after dispatch

Total order-to-delivery time is generally 3–6 weeks depending on your location and carrier. Orders may occasionally arrive sooner.

Please note: carrier tracking updates cover only a subset of fulfilled shipments. If your tracking number shows no movement for an extended period, this is often normal and does not indicate a lost parcel.

Tracking information, where available, will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. If you have not received tracking details within 14 business days of ordering, please contact us at gentalbrush@outlook.com.

I am not in love with my order — can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. You have 30 days from receipt to return it for a full refund. Return postage is at the customer's expense. Once we receive the item, we will refund the full original purchase amount. Please include your name and order number inside the parcel.

Please note: if your package is in transit, you must wait for it to arrive before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order penalty-free at any time before it is dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please use our returns process to receive a full refund.

I entered an incorrect address — what do I do?

If you notice an address error, reply immediately to your order confirmation email or contact us at gentalbrush@outlook.com. We can amend the delivery address within 24 hours of order placement. No correction can be guaranteed after this window, and no refund will be issued for parcels delivered to an address submitted in error.

How long does shipping take?
